Results on the Management Success! Program
You have to at least give things a chance! I would get flyer every 3 months from Management Success and they'd sit in this stack of "junk mail". One time a flyer didn't make it to the trash and it sat on the pile to read. So I look at it and this was at the point where we were just paying our bills—no extra money, work, work, work, and we were really discouraged. I said to my mother, who is my bookkeeper, "We have to do something here! Let's go and try this. See what these people have to say."
If you think they are weak in ANY business aspects, or you business is just not growing, you need to do this. You really do. This WILL make a difference. At all different levels! It really will. Especially if you are a technician and the business end isn't something you really had any true schooling behind you.
