Results on the Management Success! Program
I felt like I had to change something. I knew there was something to learn. I was always a tech, but I didn't have the management skills to the level where I wanted them to be. When I got something in the mail from Management Success about the "How to Increase Your Profits" seminar I signed up right away. It sounded like it would be definitely worth going.
One of the main things that I learned at the seminar was how a shop should be run. I was sitting there listening to the speaker getting all kinds of ideas and I knew what I had to do. Things were going to change!
After implementing what we learned, the shop became easier to manage. I now have trained employees who get the job done and our sales doubled!
