I didn't understand what I was getting into when I opened a shop back in June 2009. It seems as I had to make every mistake in the book to survive. It cost a small fortune to go through mechanics tools and mismanagement to go ahead with the truck shop. Anyone in there right mind would have closed up shop and then there's me.
After many years of just getting by I was introduced to Management Success. I attended the small 2 day weekend meeting and signed on as a last resort. I herd the testimonials from the others and decided it was what God lead me to. After attending the first set of classes I realized I was in the right place. After the fist classes I fired my salesman, then secretary who was stealing. I didn't know it but doors were starting to open. Sales went up and I was starting to put money in reserves for the first time. Bills were being paid and life began.
I have been able to take more time off for my self and learn to live my life instead of dying on the vine. I am sure if I had kept going like I was I would have a heart attack. The shop is running and the customers keep flowing in my challenges don't seen so hard to make any more. I can tell you the truth the more you put into it the more you will get out of it. Work hard and do what my supervisor said and just do it!!
