The seminar was an eye-opener. It made me think back, that I wasn't seeing my family as much as I should have been. I was married to my business.
The seminar gave me the tools I needed in order to change my pricing, and I start making the money I need. The bottom line went up, the billable hours increased, and everything climbed immediately. I was no longer the head tech, and began delegating some of the workload to others.
Since attending their seminar, I feel that I am running the shop instead of it running me. I am in control much more than ever before and I have the tools to run the business where before I only had the tools to fix the cars.
We have been able to greatly improve the shop. I also have the freedom now to leave the business and trust that the employees will take good care of it. There are always good and bad days in any business, but when you know what to do, you feel that you can turn the difficult times to your advantage.
