I was not broke but I also wasn't making any money. I spent a lot of time and energy spinning my wheels trying to do everything. I was lacking organization. That's what attracted me to the seminar. From what I learned at the seminar my business took off. I saw immediate benefits.

I didn't understand what I was getting into when I opened a shop back in June 2009. It seems as I had to make every mistake in the book to survive. It cost a small fortune to go through mechanics tools and mismanagement to go ahead with the truck shop. Anyone in there right mind would have closed up shop and then there's me.
After many years of just getting by I was introduced to Management Success. I attended the small 2 day weekend meeting and signed on as a last resort. I herd the testimonials from the others and decided it was what God lead me to. After attending the first set of classes I realized I was in the right place. The "How to Increase Your Profits" Seminar gave me a lot of things to think about. It definitely shook my mind loose and got me thinking. I learned several tools to use to change my shop and really move it in the direction I wanted. I was able to use these tools to get my shop organized and make it successful.
