I found Management Success! has given me the tools I need to be a better manager. Before I gained this information, I spent more money than I made, my workday was hectic, and I always felt like I was behind the Eight ball. My children came along and now are grown up and gone. I did not spend the time with them I should have because I was working 18 hour days.
Because of MS! I am thinking less like a tech and more like the business person I have become. Last year I hired a service manager who is doing an excellent job. The pressure is off me and now I have the time to really be the owner and attend to the long-range needs of my business. I enjoy talking with my clients and now I am able to spend that time letting them know I care about their concerns.
