When I started my shop I was all by myself. I was working 'till all hours of the night. Things had to change, I wanted to grow! Then I got invited to go to the "How to Improve Your Profits Seminar". I thought I should go and listen to what they had to say.
At the seminar I learned things I needed to know to be able to expand my shop. The seminar also covered marketing actions and even getting my clients to promote my shop. All these tools really helped me see what I needed to do to really expand.
I streamlined my shop to be more productive. I started accurately tracking all my numbers to make sure that everything I did was going to help me accomplish my business goals.
Since going to the seminar our profits have doubled, I am home for dinner with my wife and kids every night and my wife doesn't have to work. I went from a 3 bay shop to 14 bays, with 5 lifts and now I have 6 people working with me at the shop!
